This "Before Sport" drink is a favourite among athletes and yogis at COMO Shambhala Estate, providing quick energy and nutrients to power your workout. The coconut water supplies much-needed electrolytes to keep bodies nourished and hydrated.
 
Serves 1
 
Ingredients:
1 whole mango
1 cup coconut water ice cubes
100g papaya
1/2 tablespoon orange zest
1/2 tablespoon lime zest
1 whole orange
 
Method:
Place all ingredients in the blender and serve.
